A New Favorite

The kniife is thoughtfully designed and well constructed. Very solid half stop, nicely textured micarta, and a very even grind on the knife. Sharp right out of the box. Had high hopes and was not disappointed. Looking forward to owning more Ohio River Jacks knives.

Absolutely Awesome

This knife is awesome! I love the shade of the micarta, the M390 blade, and the fantastic walk and talk. Great design, can’t wait to see what Austin comes up with next!

Is it possible to pick a favorite?

The black micarta sheepsfoot Ohio River Jack completes my blade shape collection. As expected this example is perfect in every quality measure. Is it possible to pick a favorite? I was surprised by the jigged titanium handles and how much they really do feel like jigged bone. And the big wide spear point blade is so nice. But, this sheepsfoot blade is such a piece of precision machining to behold with the crisp even grinds and the steep angle down to the point. And the black micarta looks fantastic with the grey titanium. Maybe it’s because it’s my newest, maybe not; but this model may just be my favorite. If it’s possible to pick. Either way all three examples I have are exceptional and all three will be carried, used and appreciated. Well done Austin!

Best knife I’ve ever owned

Austin You have to you hit a grand slam with this knife. Everything about it from the weight, finish, sharpness is phenomenal. Way to go on your first try. I hope we see more in the future. I myself would love to see a red micarta version.
