The price point for this 3 knife kitchen set, for GEC knives is what caught my eye. I was very pleased with this set when I received them. The Muslin Micarta scales are nice and smooth with just the right texture. SHARP right out of the box...just like they should be. The 440 SS blades will last a lifetime, if cared for properly and will be easy to put an edge back on them when needed. The sizes are just right for preparing vegetables and trimming. Well worth the money, imho. The customer service was SUPERB, once again. Fast shipping and carefully packaged for the trip from TPK to the home.
