RoseCraft Blades Cumberland River Coke Bottle Light Brown Micarta (RCT026-LBM)

The Cumberland River Coke Bottle Light Brown Micarta (RCT026-LBM) is another excellent Rosecraft slip joint. I find the micarta scale give the knife a fantastic feel. I also purchased the bone version and it too has an excellent feel.

I very much like the coke bottle design of the knife's handle, and the blade shape has been very effective in the cutting tasks I've needed done. It feels as though the blade (which came razor sharp) really wants to continue cutting once it starts. I am amazed every time I get a new RCB traditional pattern because the quality is spot on every time. It is no different this time. The micarda covers are smooth with a subdued coloration. There aren't any parts that rub my palm wrong. There are no high spots on the frame or low spots on the covers that would inappropriately expose the frame. The blade sets firmly in place; there is absolutely no play front to back or side to side. The half stop is great too. The quality of RCB traditionals has set a new standard of quality for the price, at least for me.

Perfect fit and finish in a great EDC size folder. I bought two. Stag and a micarta. Both are total winners. Grind lines bevels, edges and covers are great.
