RoseCraft Blades Beaver Creek Barlow Stag (RCT006-STG)

Although I'm a little late in responding to TPK about another outstanding piece of cutlery,This time it is the Beaver Creek Barlow wit some very beautiful stag covers and a ramsfoot blade with very prominent swedge that brings everything together in one eye catching package.
I always say "I TPK ALL DAY"and I say that because more than likely I've got one their knives in my pocket all day long and some nights too.
Traditional Pocket Knives is my go to when I'm searching for a little taste and a little class in a traditional pocket knife.

The Beaver Creek Barlow has been one of my favorites from the beginning, the first was the Bourbon Bone then the blue now the stag a perfect trio ,as usual fit and finish is great. The knife has a great snap and a solid feeling, and as usual, TPK provides excellent service Austin is the best.

This was the knife that started my love affair with Rose Craft Slip Joint traditional knives. Muddies to the Chinese craftsmen that seriously went the extra mile to produce a flawless knife. The D2 steel is sharp out of the box with the blade centered perfect. It is a hard pull getting the blade open so if you’re not careful you will need a bandaide. 😀 Tge scales are perfectly matched and the pins are chamfered perfectly. There is zero space in the back side where the metal bands come together making it look as if it is one piece and smith as silk. This knife is up to a life time of hard use. I wish there was an American made Barlow that came close to the quality. Get one. You won’t regret it.

Love the little stag Barlow from rose craft , great fit and finish, really nice stag , and matches both sides , one of my new favourites and I have many to choose from!
