This knife is great. It's solid, well made, its got a little heft for a steak knife. The micarta is beautiful. The only downside is it came dull as a butter knife. I had to reset the bevels on my KME and it took a while. Overall it's a great little knife, would recommend.

After buying the set of 3 GEC practical kitchen knives, I immediately used them and they are amazing! Since it only came with 1 steak knife in the set, I thought it would be a great idea to make a complete set for home use and for guests. Truly impressed with this knife, not only is it a beautiful knife but very sharp as well. So glad I picked this up for my own personal use in the kitchen. Ps wife seems a little jealous,so I’ll need another soon

It was a pleasant surprise to see these GEC SS steak knives available, I am very impressed with these. They came nice and sharp. and the blades are ground thin like I like them. These knives glide through steak with ease. The micarta handles offer a nice texture for grip. Grab some if you can!
