GEC paring knife

I love the knife it’s a great paring knife my only wish is it was 1095 steel instead of stainless. I just love to watch 1095 patina.

Fitting name for a nice knife

Love the micarta handle. Blade came sharp l. Figured I would pick one of these up since I can’t seem to get my hands on any of the GEC folders. Will buy a my least the other blade shape. Great for the kitchen. 4 star instead of 5 just because of the price. A little expensive for a very simple, practical knife.
