a very impressive big knife with beautiful carbon handles. the clip blade is finished in a smooth satin grind. the duel nail fullers make for easy pinch opening even though the spring pull is stout .and with s90v steel it will hold onto its edge for a while. its nice to be able to carry a large class knife without a weight penalty . its like a mountain knife. overall it is very well balanced and capable! thanks austin
She's a big, beautiful beast! I have developed an infatuation with slipjoints, but I generally prefer carrying something larger during my day. The Appalachian Ridgerunner is a full-size knife and now claims significant pocket time. She feels as impressive as she looks in hand, and that blade profile is gorgeous. The carbon fibre is classy, and the red colourway pops in the light. Another winner for the catalog! Thank you for the top quality product and service. TPK and Austin are killing it!
I haven’t bought a traditional folder in many years. Wow, things have changed. This is a big knife. Nice, crisp half-stop. Nice carbon fiber. Nice hollow ground, belt satin blade. Checks all the boxes.
