RoseCraft Savage Creek Gunstock Black Micarta

RoseCraft has produced a fantastic knife. I have purchased this version as well as the newer bourbon bone version of this knife. Both are amazing. My black micarta knife has perfect blade alignment with flawless fit and finish. Another homerun!

Great blade!

I had been wanting to try out a gunstock styled knife and this fit the bill and didn't break the bank. Fits great in the hand and cuts well. Pairs excellently with a tpk pocket slip

RoseCraft Gunstock…a lot of knife for the money

This is the first RoseCraft knife I have purchased and the second knife from Traditional Pocket Knives. The quality of this RoseCraft blade is very high, and considering the price and offshore origin, actually quite exceptional. The steel (D2) is interesting and a bit old school for the knife folks. My first D2 blade was a Dozier designed Kabar folder and my second an actual Dozier made folder. Needless to say this RoseCraft is quite a bit more affordable than a custom Dozier made piece. The scales are quite nice in linen micarta and this gives the “gunstock” design a more modern twist but not too much. The look is still very classic. I I’ll be carrying this one for a while I think.
