The shape of The Hot Brass Jack caught my eye, and the memory of 7.62 shell casings flying down the back of my BDU’s. Ah, good times. I’ve never owned a knife with abalone scales, it’s just a pleasure to look at and use. Does it get babied? 100%.

Great walk and talk

I love this little slip joint. The abalone is absolutely beautiful, and the fit and finish is impeccable, just like all of the other TPK designs! The shipping was fast and the service from TPK was great, as usual. I would highly recommend this one!

Love the action on this knife - the walk and talk is right on the money. The blade is functional and quintessential C Risner, albeit on a smaller scale than recent models. Abalone acrylic looks great; even though I told myself I would get a different pattern, I couldn’t resist. No regrets! TPK with its usual service and shipping - best in the business.
