Another winner from Rosecraft blades. The fit and finish is what I’ve come to expect from Rosecraft. This is my smallest one yet and I got it to bring to work so as not to scare anyone if I need to use it. Of course I have a larger folder tucked away in another pocket.
This was my first Rosecraft blade. I happen to have at least a couple of dozen peanuts in my collection. This pretty blue smooth bone peanut is a winner. Fit and finish couldn't be better. You can barely tell where the stainless liners end and the backspring begins. Good tight action. One blade, a clip point. Overall length is about 1/8" longer than a Case peanut. D2 Steel to boot. No complaints.
I recently purchased the RoseCraft Piney River peanut in the vintage blue bone. The scales are so well done and perfectly matched with an intentional design to suggest slight pocket wear. As a peanut, it is a perfectly classy 5th pocket knife. Great job RoseCraft.
Really nice little knife. Finish is great. Debated 4 or 5 stars because the spring is strong for nail nick deploy only.
