QSP Exclusive Hedgehog Knife QS142SP: Fat Carbon Dark Matter Green S90V Spearpoint

S90v may well be the perfect traditional pocket knife ‘high end’ blade steel mainly for its edge retention. Plenty stain resistant too and in what pocket knife world would we need super toughness? The only negative is that it’s mostly found on expensive knives so at $125 this is my steel steal.
I’m normally chasing color and was going for the Copper or Orange but the FCDM Green was more classy looking and does have a more vivid shine in the sunlight as reported by others.

qsp does excellent work, and even thiugh stiff detent double detent slipjoints make me nervous , they make me less nervous anout safety in the normal course of usage

Absolutely flawless

I couldn't be happier with my Fat Carbon Dark Matter Green Hedgehog! It is an extremely well crafted modern take on a traditional slip joint. For me, the spearpoint blade is perfect. I carry this knife in my front pocket and appreciate that I was able to attach a paracord lanyard.
