Finch Widowmaker Burlwood

When I first saw the Finch Widow maker, I was sold. I took delivery a few days ago. Upon first examination, I could not find any flaws. What I did find was a near perfect, great looking, and great functioning pocket knife in a great steel, 154CM. The flipping operation is near perfect. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to give the flipper tab a bit more aggressive jimping. That being said. It's just fine.I chose the burl wood scales, which have an amazing chatoyancy. I would have purchased this blade as a slip joint, but I do appreciate the modern touch of a liner lock flipper. The pocket clip is perfectly positioned, and pliable enough to make it easy in and out of the pocket. The widow-maker comes in right and left-handed versions. This is a 5 star blade from Finch. Get One!!

Really like this knife in the hand. The sway back design with the thin warncliff blade is a great feel. No hot spots from the pocket clip. Love the burlwood details on the scales. Excellent customer service from C. Risner once again.
