LionSteel BestMan Two Blade Jack Natural Canvas Micarta (BM13 CVN)

I kinda took a chance on the micarta because I thought it might look really nice on this pattern, and it looked even better than in the pictures. It's rather smooth but gives a good amount of texture (which I really, really love). It looks very sleek, and the micarta gives a beautiful contrast with the titanium bolsters. Perfect for the modern traditional look!

The blades came with great edges, and the pivots well lubricated. Action is very smooth, and the pulls aren't too strong (which is nice because you need to use the nail nick for both blades). Pops really satisfyingly into place, but is a decent bit softer on the close (again a nice thing, because that paired with the stop pins basically guarantees no blade wrap). The blades are also well centered with absolutely no rub, and no play when either are in the open position. It's also just really comfortable in the hand in pretty much any position. The secondary blade never creates a hotspot, and the shape of everything plus the rounding of all edges makes it a delight to hold. Also the thickness of the knife due to the second blade actually makes it fill the hand quite nicely.

The only criticism I have is that the grind on the wharncliffe blade is a bit uneven, but not terrible. Aside from that, extremely impressed. Highly recommend!
