Quality

This is a beautifully done knife. Very solid feeling in the hand and beautiful to look at. It's custom quality at an affordable price. At first glance I thought these knives seemed overpriced, but when I got one in hand i was completely satisfied. Now I want another Finch!

Elegant, gentlemanly, but macho, too.

One of my best knives. Could be displayed in a crystal case, but gets the job done, too.

So Impressed With This Knife

I love the Wharncliffe blade, so when I saw this design and the name "Holliday", I knew I had to have it. It's like this knife was saying to me; "I'll Be Your Huckleberry". The design of this knife is exquisite, and the 'flipper' action is smooth as butter. I have never had a flipper that is so easy to activate with minimal finger action. The lock-up is tight...as it should be, and the liner-lock release is, again, smooth as butter. With practice, one can release it one-handed without a self-sacrifice of flesh & blood. Seriously though, this knife is one of the best folders I've ever owned. The Snakewood scales are awesome, and the 'Finch' medallion is very attractive. This Holliday Finch is my new EDC. I'll be carrying it in a leather sheath to help protect it from 'stuff' in my pocket. If you're looking for a terrific EDC, I highly recommend this Finch folder. You won't regret it. I may even pick up the smooth white bone one if/when they are available again.
