RoseCraft Blades Beaver Creek Barlow (RCT006)

Great fit and finish on the Barlow. My first blade as a young kid was a Barlow so they hold a special place. Risner is top notch, fast shipping.

This knife is gorgeous. Great fit and finish. Great action. What a great knife. Love the bone covers. Does not get better than this.

Made the way it should be

So glad to see this was restocked. Great form, function, acoustics and mechanics. Walk and talk feels likes it’s tuned specifically for my tastes. Snappy half stop with an audible “thuck” that sounds like knife-music. Fit and finish for the price is second-to-none. I’ll buy product from C Risner over any other retailer - awesome service and speed.

The fit and finish on this knife is quite stunning. No gaps, everything flush including springs in all positions. Bone is beautiful. I'm not a fan of the bolster etch or the tang stamp etch. But, I imagine this was done to cut cost and you can hardly look at a knife this nice for this price. This would've been 5 stars (honestly, 6 stars if such a thing could exist) if the blade had a straight edge and the tip wasn't bent. My blade, and it seems many others, have a belly. My blade also had a slightly bent tip, which is far from ideal.
